The trailer was purchased new in the Fall of 2020 and has been used for 5 seasons by its original owners. It has been well cared for and is a wonderful setup for spending the summer at the campground with family and friends. Sale also includes transfer of the 7 yr extended warranty. 

The trailer features a large 4 bed bunk room, including one that converts into a couch, making it a great space for kids or overnight guests. The main living area is comfortable and spacious, with a leather couch and U-shaped dinette, both of which convert into beds, providing additional sleeping space when needed. The kitchen includes a large sink, fridge, 3 burner stove, microwave and coffee maker, all in excellent condition.

Outside, the large awning provides plenty of shade and shelter, making the area underneath a great place to relax regardless of the weather. 

One of the highlights of the site is the large L-shaped deck, which is approximately 32ft long by 12ft wide, with a 12ft by 20ft section for the gazebo, giving you approximately 500 sq. ft. of outdoor living space. The site itself is also large and spacious, with room to park on site, which is a great convenience. There is plenty of room here for entertaining, relaxing, enjoying meals or simply making the most of those long summer evenings by the campfire.

The site also comes with an impressive amount of outdoor furniture and extras. Included is a 12’ x 12’ hard-top gazebo with screens and curtains, along with its winter cover. There is a large sectional couch with cushions, loveseat, fire table, collapsible picnic table and a 2-seater table and chairs, creating a fantastic outdoor living area.

For those who enjoy getting out on the water, 2 sit-on kayaks are included. There is also a shed with shelving and a full-size fridge, a bike rack, and an outdoor grill and fridge cooking section – giving you everything you need for easy summer entertaining without having to go inside the trailer.

The sale also includes 2 TVs and dishes if wanted.

 BONUS: The 2026 camping season is already paid for as well as the winter storage fee and will be included with the purchase if the sale is completed before the end of the season on October 4th.
